Corsair Vengeance 1500 - Review
15.21.00Lets begin!
I've been using the Vengeance for around a month now. When we look at the 50mm drivers (yeah.. That is
the smalle speakers in the cups transmitting the sound), which are quite much larger compared to other headsets at same price, much of them "only" have 40mm drivers. This means that you are not getting the overloading and distortion that may occur in headsets with 40mm drivers.

On the 2 meter long fabric wire, made in same as Steelseries make their wires, there is an extralarge volume control, which is easy to grab while gaming. The volume buttons (and the microphone mute button) is also grown together with the box. This is really practical when gaming, but also if you don't want your friends to hear your conversation with your mom, og don't want your mom to hear your conversation with your friends.
The microphone is noise-cancelling and capture your voice loud and clear and manage to not intercept the sounds around you. When you aren't talking, the microphone almost gets muted, so there isn't any noise.
The design looks like the headset is made out of metal (even though it is plastic), and the quality is great. The microphone is bendable, and the earcups are big and great to wear. The upper bar is soft and make it comfortable. The cups can be turned 90 degrees.
With 7.1 Dolby Surround sound, it is lovely to spend alot of time with the Vengeance.
So looking at all this, the Corsair Vengeance 1500 is a really great headset. Lovely design, great sounds, great material quality and i could keep talking.
With a price on $99.99 this is great headset compared to the others on same pricelevel, and i can nothing but recommend it.
